As if people didn't already make enough fun of CA, well-meaning judicial advocates have struck another blow for moral anarchy and religious restriction. A federal appeals court ruled Wednesday that the Pledge of Allegiance is an unconstitutional endorsement of religion and cannot be recited in schools. Whatever.
